Filó Artisan Jewelry Warranty
At Filó Jewels, each piece is handcrafted individually with dedication, time, and care.
For this reason, every jewel is unique and unrepeatable, and slight variations are part of its character, authenticity, and beauty.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, including:

Structural issues in soldering or settings

Defective clasps or joints not caused by normal wear

Issues attributable to the handcrafted creation process
What is NOT covered?
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage, impacts, or falls

Improper use, negligence, or incorrect handling

Damage caused by water, perfumes, creams, chemicals, or improper cleaning

Repairs, adjustments, or alterations performed by third parties

Natural material variations or color changes due to normal aging of the jewel
Unique pieces & limited editions
Unique and limited-edition pieces cannot be replaced with identical items.
In cases covered by the warranty, Filó Jewels will assess repair as the primary solution, whenever technically possible.
Warranty & Certificate of Authenticity
Each Filó Jewels piece is delivered with its official warranty, certifying its handcrafted origin and the conditions of care and protection of the jewel.
Jewels from the Genesis Collection are also:

Individually numbered pieces

Delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming their uniqueness, numbering, and belonging to the collection
This certificate is an integral part of the jewel and its story, guaranteeing its artistic and artisanal value over time.

Each request is reviewed individually, with care and artisanal respect.
Shipping costs
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is required to send the jewel for evaluation.
Once the piece has been examined, if the issue is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, Filó Jewels will cover the shipping costs related to the repair and return of the jewel.
If the issue is found not to be covered by the warranty, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To preserve the beauty and durability of your jewel, we recommend:
